Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

If you have trouble receiving your file, downloaded the wrong item, or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days at info@stitchsoft.store or call 07775497374. We will be happy to help.

Refunds may be offered only where required by law or if there is a confirmed issue with the digital file.
